In August 2006, JAG Construction was honored to participate in helping an Armada Township family realize their dream of a new home, after their 120-year-old farm house fell into disrepair.

The hit ABC-TV series, Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, led enthusiastically by Ty Pennington and an expert design team, selected Macomb, Michigan-based American Heartland Homebuilder and Lombardo Companies to direct the building of this new home.

        JAG proudly stepped up to the plate as a major contributor, donating carpenters and framing the house. In fact JAG framed the 3,900 square foot home in a record time of four hours and forty-five minutes!

Michigan has had a great reputation for many years when it comes to excellence in craftsmanship and home building. It therefore came as no surprise to us that this home was completely built in 53 hours and 54 minutes!

As the folks at ABC-TV said, it was the "best quality and the fastest time ever" of the 38 homes built on the show. We at JAG were proud to help set that remarkable record.
